طريقة المعالجة

The feed source of this application is well water, which is treated by multimedia filters. However, before the filters are used, the well water is treated by pre-chlorination chemical dosing systems to oxidize small amounts of metal and disinfect the water.

Features:

- Multimedia Filter with Automatic Backwash
- Pre-chlorination Chemical Dosing System
- Antiscalant Chemical Dosing System
- PA0100 RO Antiscalant Chemical
- Factory Tested for Reliability and Designed to Work Seamlessly
- Siemens S7-1200 PLC Control Panel
- Sch80 PVC Low Pressure Piping
- 316L SS High Pressure Piping
- Grundfos SS High Pressure Pump
- Hydranautics ESPA2-LD MAX Membranes

Water Concern: The water necessitated for the boiler feed process needs to at the very least, be rid of calcium and magnesium. These two elements are culprits to the hardness issue that arises when these elements are elevated. Likewise, hardness is generally a major contributor to scaling efforts and clogging potential of any metal surface. Purified water is necessary to facilitate a seamless operation while preventing additional labor costs and saving energy/fuel from overworking the system.

Applied Solution: This project included a 150 GPM Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis System that was sent to Honduras for a boiler feed application. The untreated water passes through the RO system and becomes purified after the reverse osmosis membranes filter out unwanted minerals. The reverse osmosis process effectively prevents scale buildup from occurring in the boilers.
